• The Retreat at Santa Rita Springs LLC, sold 2.55 acres to KLM Holdings LLC at 3140 S. Prosperous Place in Green Valley for $465,000. Gordon Wagner and Ben Craney, with NAI Horizon, represented the seller and Mar Biery, with Berkshire Hathaway Premier Properties, represented the buyer.
